Who would have guessed it? Today is the 23rd of February and it’s 65 degrees in State College, Pa. Tomorrow they’re calling for temps approaching 70. Even though the crazy rodent in Punxsutawney said 6 more weeks of winter, Mother Nature seems to be giving him the raspberries.

As a heating and air conditioning contractor, this kind of weather can wreak havoc on our business. Then we had a brilliant idea…..let’s sell air conditioners now and get ahead of the game. Let’s do maintenance on those too while we can and beat the rush. One of our suppliers, Bryant, is actually launching their rebate program a month early to take advantage of the warm weather.
