Does Goodco Mechanical perform routine maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment?

Not only do we perform routine maintenance, we highly recommend it in order to reduce energy costs, improve overall comfort and prolong the life of your equipment. Contact our office for a current list of options and costs.

How do we know if Goodco is any good?

Ask your friends and neighbors. By now, one or more of them has used us and we believe the best source of business for us is a strong recommendation from one of our past customers. In addition, we provide a 100% money back guarantee on our replacement and new equipment installations. This would be a highly risky proposition if we weren’t satisfying our customers.

Can you help with financing?

In most cases, we are able to help with financing through reputable sources to alleviate the initial expense of a new or replacement system.

My heating and air conditioning equipment is getting older (at least 7 years), does it make sense to repair or should I consider replacing?

Unfortunately, there’s no definitive answer to that question. If your equipment has been properly maintained, it can last 10-15 years or better. However, our technicians can offer suggestions once they have an opportunity to assess the system and its current condition. R-22 refrigerant (used in most older systems) is being phased out (replace by R-410A) and has become extremely expensive. We try to provide the information to help you make an educated decision based on anticipated repair costs, value of the current system and your financial situation.

I see you are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer as well as a Mitsubishi Electric Cooling and Heating Diamond Contractor. Do you work on other brands?

Absolutely.  Goodco can repair and maintain all residential makes and models of equipment.

What is Flat Rate Pricing and how does it work?

Goodco Mechanical uses a system called Flat Rate Pricing for our residential service customers. Here’s how it works: When you call us, we will send a technician to your home to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate to perform the repairs. At that point you have two options, you can approve the work to be performed for the quoted price or you can elect not to proceed in which case, you only pay the diagnostic fee. You know the price before we start the work!
